I will say that it took some time to find an installer. We were replacing an under-mount (two bowl) sink with this drop-in one. That was not a huge deal. What was an issue was how many new holes were needed in the countertop for all the accessories. A professional plumber can put the sink in but will not drill countertops. So we ended up going with a remodeling company since they could do all the things. The finished project looks amazing though.

The SO loves it and after decades, it is finally a solution to her washing her hair in the kitchen sink! She has now zero'd in on the temperature she likes for face and hair and couldn't be happier. She loves it so much we are buying a 2nd unit for our 2nd home.

The faucet is great to use. The adjustability is awesome to wash your face and rinse down the sink. Although a little challenging to take it apart to connect the hoses, once installed it works flawlessly.
This 3-way swivel bath faucet performed exactly as depicted in the ads. It was easy to install but the instructions had some language translation issues that could have been better. Nothing in the instructions about how to change the battery which will need to happen sometime in the future. Had a minor shipping issue(slightly damaged) with the first faucet that was delivered but that wasn't their fault and after a few emails to customer service, they made it right.

This is the best faucet I have ever used. I love that you can swivel it in so many directions. Being able to see the temp is just icing on the cake. The different spray patterns is wonderful. The power of the spray is also great.
