I will say that it took some time to find an installer. We were replacing an under-mount (two bowl) sink with this drop-in one. That was not a huge deal. What was an issue was how many new holes were needed in the countertop for all the accessories. A professional plumber can put the sink in but will not drill countertops. So we ended up going with a remodeling company since they could do all the things. The finished project looks amazing though.

Installation is very complicated. It seems easy in the video but is not. Too many components so when someone tries to use it they get frustrated to figure out which one is the main faucet. I wished I had thought about this more and got a simpler sink. The glass water washer is leaking to the counter, so plumber has to come back to fix. I have to say customer service is great and answers right away.

Waiting for it to be installed but I love the look and design we cannot wait!

We finally got the sink installed yesterday and it works amazing!! The only issue is the instructions are not helpful. Additionally, there is lack of context around the water purifier and what to do if you buy a garbage disposal. Saying all that, once I got ahold of support, they were able to help me right away. IF YOU BUY the garbage disposal from them, make sure you ask for a hole cover for the auto drain system :) If not you will have a switch that does nothing.
