When I saw it online, had to change my kitchen sink. Looks just like the videos/photos. Only disappointed that after a day of using it the led light / temperature display stopped working.

I’m still waiting for my sink to be installed so I can’t provide any feedback for it but my experience with their customer support was amazing. Before the purchase I asked them some questions about the installation and they were quick to respond. At the time of ordering I used the lower discount coupon but when I contacted them after the order they were quick to give me the credit for the difference. I also requested them a T-connector for air gap which they shipped promptly. Very happy with their customer support.

My wife really loves the sink and all of the functionality that comes with it.
We had it installed as part of a kitchen remodel at our home in California and the only issue is that there is no provision for an air gap. That is required by the California plumbing code in our city. Fortunately for us, our installers were creative and removed the sink drain control (we had a disposal also installed) and installed the air gap there.

So, far we are yet to install the sink but utility wise and quality wise it is a good product.
