Refund Policy
Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has not been sent, it will be canceled when we receive your cancellation request. If your order has been dispatched, then it's no longer able to cancel, please send it back to us when you receive it.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.
Return & Exchange Policy:
We accept a 30-day return and exchange, which means you can request a return or exchange within 30 days after receipt (excluding refurbished products). For product return, you need to keep the original packaging. And Item(s) must be:
1. In brand-new condition
2. Uninstalled / Non-assembled
3. Unused / No pieces missing
* Please submit the return form here with the necessary information. We'll respond to your request within 24 hours on working days.
NOTE: Please be aware that the return tracking number must be provided within 2 weeks of our agreement to accept the return. Otherwise, the return will be considered abandoned. After that, we do not accept returns for any reason.
About Return or Exchange Freight:
1. For personal reasons, such as they don't like the product, buyers need to cover the round trip shipping fee.
2. Seller only covers fees for product issues.
3. Buyers must keep the original package when they return.
Returns or exchanges can't be accepted as below:
1. Products that have been installed or assembled.
2. Products miss the original package.
3. Some products with the temperature digital display are shown in Celsius and cannot be switched to Fahrenheit. We don't accept this reason for return.
4. Products do not have an Australian watermark, please be aware of this before purchasing. We don't accept returns/ exchanges due to this reason.
NOTE: Please make sure that the size and dimensions are appropriate. We don't accept the reason for inappropriate dimensions.
7 Days Replacement
We only accept free product replacements within 7 days of delivery. Please unbox the product within 7 days of receiving it to check for damages or missing parts. No replacement will be made after that.
*If you notice any damage, defects, or missing parts, please contact us at customer@leftonhome.com and provide photos or videos for verification. We will work with you to find the best solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
